CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Conference Registration Fees

Regular Registration August 15 until October 9, 2017:

$435 CURRENT Member only
$470 Non-member

Late and Onsite Registration After October 9, 2017:

$485 Onsite CURRENT Member only
$520 Onsite Non-member

For your convenience, a screen will appear confirming your registration. A confirmation will also be emailed to you. If you do not see a confirmation screen or receive a confirmation email after you register, your registration is incomplete and you should resubmit online.  Participant registration will be guaranteed only when all fees have been paid.

Please Note
YATA cannot accept purchase orders or bank transfers for payment of registration fees.

Changes

If you need to make a change once you have received your confirmation, please send an email with your name and requested change(s) to kjochum.yata@gmail.com.
To avoid duplicate registration or charges to your account, please do not register a second time unless you have contacted us at kjochum.yata@gmail.com.

Cancellations/Refund Policy

If you must cancel your registration for this conference, please email your written cancellation notice no later than August 31, 2017 to kjochum.yata@gmail.com.

A $20.00 processing fee will be assessed for any cancelled registrations prior August 31, 2017.  Cancellation penalties will apply after that date.
